Able
Group was founded on 24 September 2012 by 8 students from University of Malaya.
Since they entered University of Malaya, they have been experiencing problems
while studying in their hostels due to several conditions such as small space
of the rooms. Furthermore, they realized that studying on bed without a table
will encourage improper sitting posture which will lead to certain health
problems. Hence, they came out with the idea of encouraging the usage of
fold-able table on bed by selling it at an affordable price to create a better
life for people. Hence, the vision and mission of Able Group is as below. For
your information, our business idea which is selling furniture online is
originated from Able Group. Copyright reserved. The nature of business of Able
Group is Furniture Retail through online shopping. And to start business, Able
Group needs RM 3, 250 as capital.

Current Status
Our
project is currently at the end of planning stage as planned in overall
schedule and is entering to preparation stage. We are going to work with our
business plan that was completed by our secretary, Qiao Fan on the 8th of
November. Each department will get a copy of business plan so that all the
progress of related process in their department can be revised to make sure
better flow of the work. For the rest of the month, Exily, as the financial
managers will in charge to secure the critical financing by making loan to the
bank. The loan is going to use for launching our business. Then, Mabel will
lead the marketing department to deal with the suppliers of foldable table on
the December of 2012. Our company aims to get along with various suppliers that
come from different countries so that we can provide plenty of choices in
foldable tables on bed for our consumers.
