The management of Able Group is structured to reflect the Company's business activities, with separate divisions assigned to Finance and Administration, Marketing, Sales and Workshop department.
The Board of Directors has overall responsibility for the group's strategic direction where executive manager has responsibility for specific departmental activities within Able Group day operational matters across the business are managed and controlled by workshop committee, comprised of manager and executive members. This team is responsible for operational decisions and the effective functioning of the principal activities within the Group.
